What to expect from your life coaching session

A life coaching session is designed to help you gain clarity, set goals, and take actionable steps toward personal growth. Here’s what you can typically expect:


  1. Initial Assessment & Goal Setting – The first session will often involve discussing your aspirations, challenges, and defining clear objectives. This will focus on your responses to the life coaching chart.


  2. Exploration & Insight – Through thought-provoking questions, I will help you uncover new perspectives and solutions.


  3. Action Planning – We will work together to develop practical strategies for achieving their goals.


  4. Accountability & Support –I will provide encouragement and accountability to help you stay committed to your progress.


  5. Tailored Approach – Each session is focused on your needs, whether it’s career, relationships, or personal development.


You will be asked to complete a life coaching chart in advance of the first session. This will help guide the conversation and give insight.


The session will take place over teams and a link will be sent at least 24 hours before the session. The session will be for an hour. The final 10/15 minutes will be a round up and goal planning, with the potential of homework in advance of the next session.
